What is your refund policy?
This site operates a 14 day refund policy. If after signing up you are not satisfied with our service you may close your account and receive a full refund. This applies to new customers who are paying for the first time only.
How can I get a refund?
Simply contact support by emailing support@pinalove.com with your username and we will process your refund. It would also be helpful to improve our service if you could include feedback on how our site could be better in your email.
